Yes we are able to ship to most popular destinations from Mongolia. Restrictions do apply so please enquire. 

 

Do your prices include shipping

Yes. Shipping from Mongolia to within 100 miles of most capital cities as well as the capital of the UK (London) are included in the price

What if I live outside the 100 mile zone of my capital city

In order to cover the additional costs we incur there is a small extra charge for customers that live outside the 100 mile free delivery zone. 

100 - 250 miles 3% of total order amount.

250 - 350 miles 4% of total order amount.

Do Your prices Include import tax & Vat

Yes. Our prices include all import taxes & Vat. Nothing additional for you to pay.

Do I need to arrange import of my Yurt

No. We handle all paperwork and import arrangements

How will I receive my Yurt

We offer kerbside delivery to your home address

Can I pick up my Yurt

Unfortunately due to the import process we do not have local facilities whereby we can offer a pick up service.

I need a custom made cover for my yurt. Can you do this

Unfortunately this is not a service we offer.

Do you make any other yurt sizes than the one's listed on your website

Unfortunately we don't. 

 

I have a yurt that was not made by you but comes from Mongolia, can you supply me with replacement parts 

Although all yurts from Mongolia may look the same, they are not. Due to the many potential variations we are only able to supply replacements for yurts that were made by us.

I've tried calling but am not able to get hold of anyone

Mongolia is 9 hours ahead of GMT. Our workshop phone lines are not manned and we unfortunately do not have any English speaking staff on site. Please email enquires or we can schedule a time to speak.
